Joe Noble, PE, is making some big changes in his seventh year with AE2S, but his commitment to South Dakota is as strong as ever. The Rapid City and Spearfish Operations Manager is the new South Dakota Client Program Leader. In his new role, Joe will continue to build client relationships and support projects in the Mount Rushmore State.
